The Site describes our business as a direct buyer of real estate and lets property owners submit an inquiry about selling their property to us for our own portfolio. The Site is for that purpose only. Submitting an inquiry does not create any obligation for you or for us, and nothing on the Site is a binding offer to purchase any property.

2. Not an offer of securities

Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or investment interest. The Site concerns our own direct purchase of real property.

3. Accuracy of information you provide

You agree that the information you submit through the inquiry form is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it — including any property address and, if you choose to share it, a phone number. Do not submit information about a property you have no right to offer for sale.

4. Text messages

If you opt in, we may send you transactional text messages about your specific inquiry. Consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting the form or of selling your property. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. See our Privacy Policy for details about the text-message program.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, and marks are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

6. No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
